Our professional telephone interviewers conduct interviews both at our call centre and remotely from home offices. Our call centre is the largest and probably the most experienced in Finland. The most cited Finnish political poll is conducted by our weekly telephone omnibus data collection. Another excellent way of reaching the Finns is using push-to-web method.

We carry out surveys with quota sampling as well as with probability sampling. Our fieldwork staff and interviewers are trained and experienced in carrying out international and national surveys. Taloustutkimus has access to the most important sample frames such as national population register, national telephone number registers and national company registers.

Examples of comple­ted and on­going in­ter­na­tio­nal sur­veys

SHARE-ERIC ­- Survey of Health, Aging and Retirement in Europe: The most extensive aging and retirement survey in the world. Since 2017 Taloustutkimus has completed multiple survey waves and collected thousands of CAPI and CATI interviews from panellists and recruited new respondents nationwide.

Eurobarometer: Since 2021 Taloustutkimus has conducted Eurobarometer data collection for Finland. The survey is nationally representative, and the interviews are conducted face-to-face all over Finland multiple times a year. 1 000 completes per wave.

European Investment Bank Survey: Data collection in Finland since 2015, 7 waves conducted, longitudinal B2B CATI survey, 480 corporate respondents each wave.

Finnish Entrepreneur Barometer: Bi-annual entrepreneur barometer, CAWI and CATI to WEB, approx. 5 000 completes per wave.
